Celebrating the life of Ethel Mae Watkins
Thank you for signing Ethel Mae Watkins's Guestbook
I want to send my deepest sympathy to the family of Ethel Mae Watkins.
The bible tells us we can gain comfort from God, even during times of sorrow. We can pray to our heavenly father for help to cope with the sorrow felt from the death of a loved one.
By prayer and supplication, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6
The bible also promises that God “will wipe out every tear from [our] eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” (Revelation 21:4) How comforting and reassuring that is! May you find comfort by relying on our heavenly father and learning more about the blessings of God's kingdom.

My condolence to the family, Today you are grieving but the day will come when you will be rejoicing [ISAIAH 25:8,] He will swallow up death forever,
And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." When there are no tears because of the death of our love ones we will be living in the paradise Jesus promised.[ Luke 23:43]. Acts 24:15 says" And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." Because our heavenly father loves us so much he has provide us with the means of being reunited with our love one again by sending his son. [ John 3:16] I hope these words will ease some of your pain as you read and meditate on them.

2 Corinthians 1:3,4 gives us the assurance that "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies" is "the God of all comfort" and he "comforts us in all our trials". James 5:11; God "is very tender in affection (very compassionate) and merciful". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)
